Holiday Mint Spritzer

Ingredients

Serves: 2 people

  • 2 Servings
  • 1 bunch Infarm Peppermint
  • 2 juiced pomegranates (keep 6 tsp of seeds for garnish) or 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) club soda
  • Ice

Preparation

Place 2 Infarm Peppermint sprigs and the sugar into a highball glass. Muddle well to dissolve the sugar and release the aromatic oil of the peppermint. Add pomegranate juice, lime juice, and ice and shake or stir well. Top with club soda. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh peppermint.

*For an alcoholic cocktail add 4 oz (120 ml) Gin.

Tip

Keep your leaves fresh in 2cm (1 inch) of water and plenty of light.
