Ingredients
Serves: 3 cups
- 3 cups of water
- 1 bunch of Mint, use both the stems and leaves
- 1 rose petal
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Honey, optional

Green Mint Tea
Serves: 3 cups
Place the water, rose petal and cinnamon stick into a small pot and bring to boil. After a minute, remove from heat and add the mint. Let steep for 4 minutes with the lid on. Strain and serve, adding honey if desired.
No need to chop the leaves, only slightly bruise them to release the aroma from their oil glands.
